Together we have set up templates for all his estimates and invoices. Previously he had to manually add up each item he was quoting for, also having to work out the VAT.   These figures often had to be amended which meant that everything needed to be recalculated. By setting up templates in Excel which automatically calculate for him, at a click of a button, he tells me that I have cut hours of wasted time from his working day.

I also helped him set up envelopes in Word, using the email address book for inserting the contact information. He could not get over how quick it was, the whole thing was printed within seconds, where usually he would still be looking up the addresses.
